Family Folders:    Each family has a hanging file folder in the team bin, which is kept in the coaches office at the pool.  During practices this file is on the table, just inside the main entrance door.  During meets this file is at the score table. You or your swimmer need to check these files for ribbons, announcements etc...   
   
Additional Folders:    In addition to the family folders, there are additional folders in the front of the team bin that may hold the answers to your questions. One of these folders is "Extra Copies" of all the announcements that are placed in the family folders.
   
Bulletin Board:    The bulletin board at the top of the steps at Magnolia Middle School is the official Team Information Center – please check frequently for announcements, updates, etc.  Also, scratch sheets for meets that will be missed are located here.

Award's Case:    Clear case hanging on the left side of the wall as you enter the spectator's seating area, upstairs at Magnolia Middle School. 

Talk with Coaches:    Please try not to interrupt practices. We will try to make ourselves available as much as possible.
